Kachori, a modern Indian dining restaurant showcasing the delights of cooking across Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and the Punjab – including influences drawn from the regional communities of Marwari, Jains, Raiputs and Moghuls. Situated in the multi award-winning neighbourhood of Elephant Park, the restaurant offers all day menus from lunch through to dinner, including a bar & lounge, restaurant and beautiful terrace. The restaurant is the dream of Sorowar Khan, founder of the popular Borough-based restaurant Mango, who has been able to fulfil his vision thanks to food and hospitality consultant - and Kachori concept creator - Humayun Hussain, who continues to work alongside with him.
